Serenella Zoppolat, born in 1967 in Italy, studied architecture at the University of Venice (IUAV). From 2010 to 2012, she deepened her knowledge of specific economic skills through the postgraduate Master in "Business Administration" (MBA) at TU Wien – Danube University Krems.

Particularly drawn to the possibilities of architectural rediscovery and revitalization of old buildings, she bases her work on thorough analysis, intuition, and a specific style, with extensive experience in the real estate sector and in feasibility studies. The renovation and expansion of a monastic hospital and a nursing home in a baroque monastery in Vienna, as well as the renovations of palaces in the town centers, are among the most beautifull projects of this period.

Her ability to observe, analyze, deconstruct, and reassemble the social, technical, economic, urban, and human aspects of a project is her strength, making her a highly sought consultant for real estate firms.

While continuing to work on projects for historic buildings, in recent years she has conducted research funded by the European Community on how to analyze and renew the life cycle of buildings from the 60s, 70s, and 80s.

Additionally, she collaborates with the national Kunsthistorisches Museum of Vienna for the creation of exhibitions, working side by side with the curators.
