The street maintenance depot is one compact building volume, which unifies all important uses under one roof.
The roof of the garage for the trucks was built of pre-stressed reinforced concrete with trapeze tin roof, insulation and foil roof with
light domes. The exterior wall consists of concrete prefabricated components in the base section and on top of that a wall panelling of foamed lead paneels. A low energy concept was basis for the overall design.
