West of the New Town Hall and near the river Danube, an office building with appartments was built into a gap closing a line of townhouses. Abundant daylight is provided even in the depth of the floor plan through selected openings although the site is enclosed on three sides.
All four floors have balconies and bay windows facing the street, allowing to experience the street space, the view towards the Danube and the Castle of Linz even from the interior.
The spacious roof terrace offers a unique panorama of the historic city centre.
