General renovation of an existing X-ray practice covering 3-storeys. All facilities were renewed and a new floor plan designed to house all needed functions as well as the reception, waiting areas and changing rooms.
The conversion measures were carried out in sections, so that the practice fully operated for patients during the entire construction period. In addition to new medical equipment, all building technical equipment like ventilation, lighting etc. according to medical regulations was rebuilt. The required X-ray protection, through lead inlays in the walls, ceilings and door elements as well as special lead glazing was implemented.
