20 Kilometers south of Marrakesch, with a fabulous view towards the Atlas Mountains, we have designed a sporting facility as an attraction for families and international guests.
A masterplan for both areas, motorsport and residential, shows the holistic approach encompassing natural ressources and sustainability.
Around an elongated central space, all functions are located for the professional racing and training cmbined with restaurants, showrooms, meeting rooms and academy.
