Office renovation and expansion of a growing IT company based in Steyr/Upper Austria.

The first step in the redesign was therefore initiated:

We started with a Design Thinking workshop where the needs/wishes/ pain points of all [employees+shareholders+CEO] have been identified.
Through this precise research method, we were able to implement a project while strictly adhering to the low-budget requirement, which was very well received by the employees. The direct exchange with all users was valuable for us, providing significant benefits to everyone involved. The renovation was completed in just under four months. One of the challenges was adhering to the construction schedule, as key trades such as HVAC were only contracted at short notice, and all infrastructure lines were space-forming. Thanks to the excellent collaboration of all companies and stakeholders, we were able to hand over the project to the users in October 23.
